SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit experienced Team Leaders that can assist them in driving operational performance & day-day management of their busy call centre operation.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful organisations in the industry who are experiencing significant growth due to successful performance. There is a competitive base salary plus attractive Uncapped Bonus giving you the opportunity to increase your earning potential. The main focus of the successful Team Leader will involve assisting the Head of Collections to achieve operational objectives and support the team on a daily basis. Reporting into the Head of Collections you will be responsible for leading a Team of Call Centre Agents within a busy collections operation. You will be responsible for Agent development, call monitoring, performance, compliance, and working towards business objectives and KPI's. You must be flexible to work shifts and Saturday's.
The appointed Team Leader responsibilities are but not confined to:
Shifts are 3x early's - 8.00am - 4.30pm, 1x Middle 9.00am -6.30pm and 1x late shift - 12.30pm - 21.00pm, one in every 3 Saturday's 10am -4pm.
Lead, coach and motivate all team members to ensure business, personal and team targets are achieved within agreed timescales
Complete detailed call evaluations and provide coaching to ensure optimum call quality is achieved
Assign work plans for the Collections team in line with requirements of Head of Collections, monitoring and reporting on the performance of team members
Work with Head of Collections to ensure all working shifts, rotas, and schedules are complete
Ensure excellent product and system knowledge is achieved by all team members
Manage absence, timekeeping and holidays of all team members
Monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance standard are met
Review and carry out quality processes
Team Leader Skills & Experience:
Previous Team Leader/ Supervisory / Management experience in a call centre within Banking or Financial Services industry
You will need to be a hands-on Team Leader who can drive through performance to maximise collections activity and achieve company objectives.
You will be a results driven individual who is looking to work as part of a Management Team and support the company in achieving business objectives.
Experience of working in a performance driven environment
